Jennifer Kolari - author of Connected Parenting - speaking in Ottawa

Hi Friends,
In cahoots with the Glebe Parents daycare, Octopus Books is bringing Jennifer Kolari to town to speak on December 7.  She has written a book called Connected Parenting which I and several  of my friends have read, and seems to resonate for all of us. I heard her speak in Toronto in April and really enjoyed it. I encourage you to attend, and ask for your help in spreading the word to those who you think might be interested.  Her work is relevant to those with newborns, teens and everything in between. Tickets are ten dollars and available through Octopus or the Glebe Parents Daycare at 10 Fifth Ave, or any of the satellite programs. It is a fundraiser for the daycare, so besides being an evening that will benefit the parents who attend, and their kids (and the communities that our kids are part of) it will also benefit the daycare.   Free childcare is  available, but must be requested before December 1.
